DUO Clear Kayak Photoshoot price is $500 - Clients are entitled to an amount of up to 15 images per Photoshoot. Package Includes: DUO Clear Kayak Photoshoot Up to 15 professionally edited digital images per photoshoot High-quality photos delivered via email within 7 days Cancellation & Rebooking Policy Refund Policy A 24-hour risk-free cancellation is available for a full refund. After 24 hours, all bookings are non-refundable. No-Show Policy Missed appointments will be converted into a 6-month credit. Credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. Transportation-only bookings are forfeited if missed. Rebooking Fee A $100 rebooking fee applies for rescheduling. The rebooking fee is waived if rescheduling is due to severe weather conditions. Credit Policy All credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. Credits cannot be extended beyond this period. Transportation Policy Transportation is provided only for guests actively participating in the Clear Kayak photoshoot. While we may attempt to accommodate additional non-participating guests, this is not guaranteed. If space is limited, non-participating individuals are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation. Liability Disclaimer By booking with Montego Bay Photographer LLC, you acknowledge that participation in all services — including photoshoots, transportation, and related activities — is undertaken at your own risk. Montego Bay Photographer LLC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or fatalities that may occur before, during, or after your scheduled session. Media Rights Agreement By booking a photoshoot with Montego Bay Photographer LLC, you grant permission for photos and videos from your session to be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including website and social media content. If you do not wish to grant media usage rights, written notice must be provided prior to your appointment. Clear Kayak Shoot Delivery Disclaimer Montego Bay Photographer LLC facilitates the Clear Kayak photoshoot experience. The Clear Kayak activity may be executed by trusted local vendors. Final image delivery is handled by the assigned photography vendor. Policy Notice This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
