1 Photographer 1 Videographer - Full Wedding Coverage - All Images Delivered via email - Wedding Movie extended highlight + Trailer Wedding Photography Agreement Summary Engagement: The Client hires the Photographer for a full-day, custom Diamonds Wedding Photography package on their wedding date. This package includes one photographer, with all images delivered within 7 days by email. Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit upon signing; balance due on the wedding day. Deposit Policy: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if the Client cancels. Cancellation: If payments are not made on time, this agreement is canceled, and the Photographer has no further obligations. Copyright: The Photographer retains copyright to all images but grants the Client permission to make copies for personal use. Written permission is required for resale or publication. Photographer's Use of Images: The Photographer may use the photos for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes. Client Responsibility: The Client must secure permission for entry and photography at all venues and inform the Photographer of any restrictions. Late Arrivals: The Photographer is not responsible for missed photos due to late arrival of the wedding parties. Contingencies: In case of emergency, the Photographer will attempt to find a replacement. If no replacement is available or acceptable, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded. In case of death or certain emergencies, the contract is null and void with a full refund. If photos are lost or damaged, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the extent of the loss. Entire Agreement: This contract is the complete agreement, with any changes needing written consent from all parties. Cancellation Policy
Montego Bay Photographer LLC's Cancellation Policy: No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled photoshoot, your booking amount will be converted to a credit, valid for 1 year, allowing you to reschedule a future photoshoot. Rebooking Fee: A $50 rebooking fee applies for rescheduling, except in cases of severe weather conditions that may impact the photoshoot. Credit Policy: If rescheduling is necessary, your booking amount will be credited toward a future photoshoot within 1 year. Note: Severe weather conditions are the only exception to the rebooking fee. This policy is subject to change without notice. By booking with Montego Bay Photographer LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy. Miscellaneous: By booking a photoshoot with Montego Bay Photographer LLC, you grant us the right to use any images or videos from the photoshoot for commercial purposes, including marketing and advertising. We reserve the right to edit and retouch images or videos as necessary. You agree to release and hold harmless Montego Bay Photographer LLC, its owners, operators, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from the photoshoot or use of images or videos.
